MUSIC THEORY
We teach Music Theory from beginners up to and including Grade 5 and follow the ABRSM syllabus. Although some theory is included in our practical lessons, we also offer solely theory lessons lasting 30 or 60 minutes. These lessons are one-to-one and not in groups.
A long-standing prerequisite of ABRSM is that before students can sit a Grade 6 or above practical exam, a pass in Grade 5 theory must be obtained. We can help, but please note sufficient time is required to undertake this depending on the level of theory already known by the student.
